We are a Registered Charity set up in 1981 to provide affordable re-used furniture, electrical appliances and household goods. We stock a wide range of items over three floors of our Loughborough showroom, including pre-owned furniture for home and offices.

Our mission is to:

• Champion the spirit of donation, recycling and re-use of furniture and electrical goods, in an effort to reduce waste and consumption, providing a cleaner and safer environment for everyone to enjoy.
• Extend a helping hand to our neighbours, offering access to furniture and electrical items at affordable prices.
• Provide a real work environment and promote a positive work ethic, for people seeking to improve their life opportunities.

Our stock of furniture and electrical goods are a testament to the generosity of individuals and who recognise the value in extending the life cycle of these goods. We collect 1,000’s of items for reuse, and stop 100’s of tonnes of furniture and electrical items from ending up in landfill sites!

As a charity there are no shareholders and all the money we generate goes back into the organisation to fund upcycling and recycling in the local area. Our operations thrive on the goodwill of donors and the dedication of our remarkable volunteers, whose selfless contributions keep our mission alive. In return for their time, volunteers receive training, support and valuable work experience.
