Collections
To ensure we are as efficient as possible we operate different van routes on different days. Van crew deliver sold items on the way out and collect donations on the way back.
- We do not currently charge for collecting donated furniture if you live on our Collection Route in Leicestershire
- We welcome donations towards the cost of collection
- We will collect donations from your house if you live on our Collection Route in Leicestershire
- You are also welcome to bring the furniture to SOFA yourself
Collections are usually between 10.00am and 2.30pm on Tuesdays to Fridays. It is difficult to provide specific times, but if you phone us from around 10.00am on the day of collection we can usually give you a more accurate time.
