Deliveries
To ensure we are as efficient as possible we operate different van routes on different days. Van crew deliver sold items on the way out and collect donations on the way back.
- We do not currently charge for deliveries if you live on our Collection Route in Leicestershire although this is under review
- We welcome donations towards the cost of delivery
- If you live elsewhere we charge £30 for areas within a 15 mile radius and £40 for areas further than that. Referred clients pay £15/ £20
- You are welcome to collect your furniture yourself
- We ask for an administrative charge of £8 if you are not in when we try to deliver
Deliveries are usually between 10.00am and 2.30pm on Tuesdas to Fridays. It is difficult to provide specific times, but if you phone us from around 10.00am on the day of delivery we can usually give you a more accurate time.
