Frances has been volunteering at Sofa since November 2010. He comes once a week to polish and dust the furniture in the main showroom, and says “I really enjoy it here.”

Lesley Has volunteered at Sofa in the main office for over a year and said "Someone recently asked me why I as a helper at Sofa, the answer was easy – It’ a great place to work – the staff are so friendly, helpful and willing to go that extra mile to help people who are in real need.

For me to meet and work with people from all backgrounds has been a great opportunity.

I feel I am contributing towards the local community and it gives me sense of satisfaction to be part of such a good organisation.
